PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent irregularities in cleaning such as too dense washing in an area near a liquid jet device and rough washing in an area far from the device from occurring by providing a control mechanism capable of varying a swing (angle) velocity on a swinging gyration mechanism. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft 11 is of a double construction which does not obstruct a rotating device and a first transmission gear 12 is made to ascend by manually rotating a control part 52 formed integrally with an outer lateral shaft body projecting upward from a storage part 8 and is made to descend by reversing the control part 52 through a switching mechanism. The first transmission gear 12 is disengaged with a first gear 16 by making the control part 52 ascend and in turn, is engaged with a gear for speed reduction 51, and the swing (angle) velocity of a jet cylinder part 4 which gyrates in a swiging motion following the rotation of a first operating rod 22 becomes low. For cleaning an area which is short in a horizontal distance from this liquid jet device, excess washing is controlled by appropriately moderating the jet density through accelerating the swing (angle) velocity. On the other hand, for cleaning an area which is long in the horizontal distance from the liquid jet device, a high precision washing is performed by increasing the jet density through slowing down the swing (angle) velocity.
