PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for softening the squeezed state of the deep side of a throat when lying on back by suppressing the retreating of a lower jaw, suppressing snoring and reducing non-breathing during sleeping. SOLUTION: This snoring suppressor is constructed in such a manner that a lower tooth engaging portion 7 is provided to be held in the front and rear surfaces of upper teeth 3 in a sandwiched state and protruded from a holding portion, the lowering of a lower jaw and lower teeth 2 is prevented by abutting the lower tooth engaging portion 7 on the inner side of the lower teeth 2, and the lower tooth engaging portion 7 fixed to the portions of an upper jaw 4 and upper teeth 3 by the engaging portion 9 of a mouth inner side abutted on the inside of the upper jaw 4 and a fitting elastic portion 8 to the front surface of an upper tooth 12 abutted on the front face of the upper teeth 3 and protruded from the engaging portion 9 of the inner side and the fitting elastic portion 8 to the front face of the upper tooth root is engaged with the inner side of the lower teeth 2.
