PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high energy-saving effect as a whole by fitting a metallic inner vessel holding hot water in a cylinder to form a triple-hotwater storage vessel and providing a heater without interposing a vacuum vessel to heat the contents in the inner vessel for getting hotwater or retaining temperature. SOLUTION: A metallic inner vessel 4 is fitted in a vacuum double-container 3 constituting of an inner cylinder 1 and an outer cylinder 2 to form a triple- hotwater storage vessel 5. A heater 6 is provided to heat the contents in the inner container 4 for heating water or retaining the heat. In this way, the contents in the inner vessel 4 can be heated in a high thermal efficiency by using a single structure of the inner vessel 4 in the same way with the single bottom formed in the vacuum double-container 3 by the heater 6 provided in the bottom of the vacuum vessel 3 and further, a vessel wall is formed in the inside surrounding the contents in the vacuum space 9 of the double container 3 as a heat insulation structure and hence, the heat insulation property between the inside and outside of the inner vessel 4 can be further enhanced owing to the space 11 between the vessel wall and the vacuum double-container 3.
