PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening tool free to easily operate even at a place where members are complicatedly built in and a clearance is narrow. SOLUTION: It is a fastening tool to fasten fastening members such as a bolt, a nut, a screw, etc., and a handle part 3 projected in the radial direction around a shaft center of the fastening member as its center is formed free to bend only in the shaft center direction of the fastening member at the time when a head part of the fastening member is installed on an installing part 2 of the fastening member. That is, it has a characteristic that it can be bent in a plate thickness direction but not in a side part direction.
