PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a food and a drink helpful for strengthening bones and muscles surrounding them over the wide range. SOLUTION: The food and drink include isoflavone together with a peptide. In more detail, for example, the purpose of this invention is achieved by including 200 pts.wt. drink, 0.25 pts.wt. soybean hypocotyl extract (including 4 wt.% isoflavone) and 6.7 pts.wt. soybean peptide (including 75 wt.% peptide). Since the composition is helpful especially for strengthening bones themselves of elderly people and also for strengthening muscles surrounding the bones, the composition can contribute as a food and drink helpful for preventing bone diseases such as osteoporosis and moreover for preventing bone fracture e.g. due to fall, or the like. |
