PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article transfer device capable of transferring a sticky article. SOLUTION: A third frame 21 with a belt supporting member 22 set to position under the carrying roller 4 of a roller conveyor 1 is elevated together with a first frame 14, a guide shaft 17, and a second frame 19 by a lifting cylinder, and a sticky article 2 positioned on the carry end point of the roller conveyor 1 is lifted through an article transferring belt 24. The third frame 21 for setting the belt supporting member 22 position above the stand-by position of a tray 5 is moved to the roller conveyor 1 side together with a housing 18 and the second frame 19 by an air cylinder for longitudinal movement, and by allowing the sticky article 2 to abut no stopper 25, the article transferring belt 24 is circumferentially rotated to transfer the sticky article 2 to the tray 5.
