PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote sweating from sweat glands and discharge of sedum from sebaceous glands by providing a planar heater including a carbon black as a resistor on nearly the whole inner surface of plural semi-cylindrical body connected in a nesting style in an axial direction so as to irradiate with far infrared. SOLUTION: Semi-cylindrical upper dome 11 and lower dome 12 are provided and a user lies in an inner space formed by these upper/lower domes 11, 12 and a sheet. A planar heater including carbon black is installed on the inner surfaces of the domes 11 and 12. Namely, the dome 11 is provided with planar heaters 21, 22 along its inner surface. The dome 12 is provided with planar heaters 23, 24 along its inner surface and also provided with a planar heater 25 at the part of a semicircular plate of an end part. The heaters 21, 22 irradiate the chest and stomach of the user lying in the domes 11 and 12 with far infrared rays, and the heaters 23 to 25 irradiates the thigh part, the shank or the calf and the sole of the user.
