PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the screening accuracy in the sieve case by allowing the winnowing wind to have the suitable flow direction after introduction into the sieve case and to effectively act on the threshed mixture without the reduction of strength as a sieve case. SOLUTION: This sieve case is equipped with a grain pan 11 that conveys the undersizes passing through the receiving net 3, the crude screening part A that roughly screen the threshed mixture from the grain pan 11 and the fine screening part B that finely screen the crudely screened threshed mixture from the crude screening part A. The winnowing wind inlet 24 is opened on the front wall 21B extending downward from the grain pan 11 and a narrowing guide 25 that increases its vertical width backward is arranged immediately after the opened 24 so that it may extend over the left and right side wall 21A to distribute the winnowing wind flowing in from the opening 24 into a flow between the grain pan 11 and the crude screening part A and another flow to the lower part of the crude screening part A.
