PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk storage case of comparatively simple structure provided with a large room for the jacket design. SOLUTION: A disk storage case 10 is provided with a mounting base 12 for holding a disk and a mounting paper 14 bonded on the back of the mounting base. In that case, the mounting paper 12 is provided with a base with a first surface 110, on which the first printing is applied, and a sealing member 100, on which the second printing is applied, stuck removably on the first surface, and at least the second printing is not exposed to the outside in the constitution of the case.
