PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an outlet receiver easily attachable to and detachable from an outlet of a rice polishing chamber by providing engagement members at an outlet of the rice polishing chamber and providing locking members engaged with the engagement members on both sides of the outlet receiver. SOLUTION: At an outlet 1a of a rice polishing chamber 1, an outlet receiver 3 is provided, and the outlet receiver 3 is provided with a polished rice outlet 3a and a trough part 3b, and the polished rice outlet 3a is formed into an abutted surface part 3c, and on both sides thereof, a pair of engagement members 3D are provided. And each of these locking members 3D is formed in a U-shape in cross section, and is projected in front of the abutted surface part 3c, that is, on the side of the polished rice outlet 3a. And on a sliding surface 3f of an outer guide 3e of each engagement member 3D, an engagement part 3g is provided, and the engagement part 3g is formed into a chevron engagement projection and can be engaged with each of locking members 1D provided at the outlet 1a. In this way, the outlet receiver 3 can be attached to and detached from the outlet 1a of the rice polishing chamber 1.
