PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution inside a control board box without harming the control stability. SOLUTION: This control board box 14 is composed by assembling an upper box part 16 and a lower box part 18 both of which are made of transparent conductive plastic. The transparent conductive plastic is made by forming a conductive layer 160 comprising conductive coating layers 16b, 16d and top coating layers 16c, 16e on top and bottom surfaces of a transparent plastic substrate 16a'.
