PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pull-top in which a plug opening operation may easily be carried out and anybody can operate it in an easy manner. SOLUTION: An opening part 2 at a lid surface is provided with a protrusion. A rotating lever is held with fingers at a tab 1 having a rotating shaft 3 over the protrusion and its bulged-out portion covering the protrusion and the tab 1 is turned in a rightward or a leftward direction, thereby the protrusion at the opening part 2 of the lid surface 6 is pushed down under sliding action of the bulged-out portion of the tab and then the opening part of the lid surface is opened. Concurrently, since the tab is turned to face in a lateral direction, so that it is possible to prevent either an upper lip or a part of nose portion from being contacted with it.
