PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily retreat at least one of a scattered line removing means and a radiation detecting means. SOLUTION: This device supports the main body housing 23 of a device main body 20 at the movable part 22a of a stand 22 in a state of being vertically and freely movable. An opening 23a at one side surface of the housing 23 is freely opened and closed by a cover 24. Inside the housing 23, a grid 26 and an X-ray image receiving part 27 are successively arranged from the side of an X-ray generating part 21 and the back of the part 27 inside of the housing 23 is used as a grid retreating space 28 for retreating the grid 26. At the time of photographing without using the grid 26, the cover 24 is opened, the handle 26a of the grid 26 is grasped to take out the grid 26 from the housing 23 and the grid 26 is inserted to the space 28 to close the cover 24.
