PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To announce the results of temperature measurement in an easy understandable manner to a user and improve the operability for the many users with a radiation clinical thermometer for measuring the temperature of the eardrum and near the same without contact. SOLUTION: This clinical thermometer has a power source switch housed in a radiation clinical thermometer body 3, a measuring switch 5, a photodetecting part 6, a temperature computing means 7, a voice-to-signal converting means 11 and a speaker 12. In such a case, the temperature computing means 7 starts computation when the user manipulates the measuring switch 5. The voice-to-signal converting means 11 starts operation after the manipulation of the measuring switch 5 ends.
