PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject safe cosmetic that is gentle to the body and environment, can avoid the biological concentration in the body or the like of injurious substance by allergic reactions and long-term application. SOLUTION: This safe cosmetic includes 3 or more kinds of cosmetics, unregulated drugs and sundries to be applied to the body or to be used for washing the body in which organic substances are not arbitrarily formulated. In a preferred embodiment, the water content of the product is >=30%, and can be stored at the normal temperature, and the product is constituted with a water- insoluble and non-oily components of the compounds, crystals, inorganic ores or crystals, inorganic carbon or the like including any of the ions that negatively hydrate, hydrogen ion, hydroxyl ion, carbonate ion, hydrogen carbonate ion in the fields of washing the body, further inorganic compounds or organic compounds including complex salts blocking metallic ions typified by phosphate, sulfate, sulfite and other salts are admixed thereto.
