PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body mount that does not require any pressing-in work of an inside member into an outside member and can be easily assembled. SOLUTION: When a nut 99 is threadedly engaged with a bolt 97 from upside of a body 93 in a body mount 21, an axial force acting to the bolt 97 is transmitted in a following manner. The axial force acting from a head 97a toward the body 93 is transmitted to an inside member 27 via a vibration resistant rubber 17, and the axial force acting from the body 93 toward the head 97a is transmitted to an outside member 29 via a vibration resistant rubber 11. As the bolt 97 is threadedly engaged, the inside member 27 and the outside member 29 are respectively pressed upward and downward. Because a contact surface of the inside member 27 and the outside member 29 has a tapered angleθ, the contact surface is then inter-engaged, and desired insert load and removal load can be provided without pressing-in.
