FIELD: heating and hot water supply systems; liquid and gas heaters. SUBSTANCE: boiler has housing in form of cylindrical water jacket, fire tubes, members swirling water streams and arranged in tubular screen, ring collector and water inlet and outlet branch pipes. Tubular screen consists of concentrically arranged U-shaped curved tubes of several type-sizes connected over perimeter by curvilinear fins to form diaphragm screen. Curved parts of tubes arranged in parallel relative to some curved parts and crosswise relative to other curved parts of tubes form turning chamber to pass combustion products from radiation furnace into ring convection gas duct. Ring collector connecting ends of tubes is divided into inlet part connected with water jacket, and outlet part with water outlet branch pipe. Inlet part of ring collector is connected with water jacket by detachable joint. EFFECT: intensification of heat exchange at improved gas tightness of boiler and possibility of mounting and dismounting. 4 cl, 1 dwg |
