SUBSTANCE: described are new 2,3-dehydro-1-(2,2,2-trifluoroethyl)-2-oxo-5-phenyl- 1H-1,4-benzodiazepines of general formula I: <EMI ID=0.1 HE=39 WI=77 TI=CHI> wherein X and Y are independently hydrogen, chlorine or trifluoromethyl, and n is 0,1 or 2; R is hydrogen or fluorine; and their mixtures of enantiomers, individual diastereomers or individual enantiomers with all isomeric forms, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates or crystalline forms thereof, which are antirythmic agents.
