<p>The invention relates to the method of production of composite building elements which are designed for road construction and other constructional needs using polymers as binding material, for the greatest part remains and/or wastage of polyethylene and/or polyethylentereftalat in composition with an inert filler. The offered method of production of building elements involves heating of inert filler, such as soil, shingle, building waste, glass chips and similar material, to temperature 350-400 0C and mixing it with polymer binder, such as remains of polyethylene and/or polyethylenterftalat, not cut up into small pieces, in a mixer to be heated at temperature of 270-300 0C. Relationship of components is the following: filler - 75-85 %, polymer-binder - 15-25 %. The acquired homogeneous mixture in the next step is fitted into a mould and pressed with 8-15 MPa where afterwards it is released from the mould and cooled. The invention also relates to the equipment designed for bringing the above process to an industrial extent. The dynamic heater of friable filler for the purpose described above (fig.1) consists of a heat-proof metal body (1) with a filler feed opening from top side (4) and a filler reservoir (5) attached to it. The collector (6) for the dried and heated up filler is located underneath the heater. Inside the heater is equipped with a transportation system for the friable filler. The body of the heater (1) is tubular, is being heated and is supported obliquely in the bearings with its rotation possibility about an axle. Besides, heat-proof metal plates (2) going downwards are fastened alternately to the of heater's body (1) at an angle of 30-50 degrees with an its longitudinal axis. The mixer designed to mix easily friable filler with polymer binder consists of a motionless cylindrical body with a feed opening covered by lid on topside, as well as of the rotating spindle supported in both-end-bearings. The first rotating blade attached to the spindle by radial supports moves in a helical line. The offered mixer is characterised in the following: - to the bottom of its body inside there are fastened two motionless radial blades; the body of the mixer is being heated by heater; the outside border of the first rotating blade is provided with two grooves placed opposite to the motionless blades at the bottom; a second rotating blade is attached to the spindle perpendicularly to its rotation radius by help of radial supports.</p> |
