The heater chimney has ventilation pipes (1,2) connecting the chimneys (4) and air pipes (1,2) and coupled to an extraction blower (11). A casing (8) has two compartments (8a,b) connected respectively to the chimney and the other to the air pipes (6,7). The compartments can be selectively opened and closed off dependent on the operation of the blower and pressure sensors (20,22) in the blower circuit.
