Cosmetic, dermopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical compositions contain an inverse latex composition with an isohexadecane oily phase, an aqueous phase, an oil-in-water emulsifier, a water-in-oil emulsifier and an anionic branched or crosslinked polyelectrolyte based on partially or totally salified 2-methyl-2-((1-oxo-2-propenyl)amino)-1-propane sulfonic acid (I) copolymerized with acrylamide. The amount of the polyelectrolyte present is in the range 20-60%, preferably 30-50%.
