A dispensing nozzle (14) includes a diffuser (35) and a housing (16) with a seal (21) permanently attached at the upper edge of the housing (16). The seal (21) is formed integrally with and permanently attached at the upper edge of the housing (16) utilizing a two-shot molding process, wherein a pliant material is injected into the mold for the housing (16) to form a seal (21) made integral with the housing through a thermal bond created between the housing (16) and the pliant material.
