The grinding of any type of material is carried out in one or more indirectly connected rotating tubes(1) driven at critical RPM and with different grinding function positions. The tubes are steplessly controlled in RPM and inclination and their inner walls have a wave-form geometric profile(2), and in their centre there are one or more RPM-governed rotors(3) driven in the same or opposite direction to the rotating tubes. The rotors have specifically adjusted dimensions and impact and cutting tools to suit the different functions. An Independent claim is included for a machine to carry out the proposed grinding procedure in which the rotors are single or double mounted.
