PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal with various needs of consumers and further to call novel needs by copying and producing jewelry with noble metals by diverting the etching type copper relief printing plate of photoengraving to the creation of the metal pattern (a male die) used by the lost wax casting method. SOLUTION: In the case of production, first of all, the original of design composed of pictures or characters to be formed on the surface of jewelry is prepared, this original is transferred onto a copper plate by photoengraving, and the copper relief printing plate is produced by an etching system. Next, working such as cutting is applied to this copper plate as a 'metal creating the surface design' corresponding to the shape of jewelry to be produced, and a metal pattern (male die) is produced. Continuously, a product is copied and produced from materials composed of noble metals (gold, silver and platinum) by lost wax casting while using this metal pattern. Thus, various kinds of high-quality jewelry can be speedily and inexpensively produced. Further, the design of handwriting of a consumer can be adopted as the design of jewelry as it is.
