PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm the aiming of laser light even for a treatment portion with directivity by switching rotation of aiming light for performing the aiming of laser light is to be conducted by which one of a manual rotation means or an automatic rotation means. SOLUTION: After aiming light emitted from a visible semiconductor laser 17 is passed through a lens 18 and is made parallel light flux, parallel light flux is separated into two light flux by an aperture 19 having two openings which are symmetrically provided across an optical axis L and the aperture 19 is mounted on a rotation mechanism part 60. A changeover switch 71 switching rotation of aiming light is made by which one of a manual mode which is manually performed or an automatic mode which is automatically performed by a motor 72 is provided. When the mode is switched to the automatic mode, a control part 30 drives the motor 72 through a driving circuit 73 and rotates the rotation mechanism part 60. As a result, the confirmation of the aiming can be easily performed even for a treatment portion with directivity. |
