PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a frame of a panel block, to reduce the cost of parts, and to reduce the manhours by arranging a flexible substrate bending to a side being an overhang part in a conduction pattern part and being not opposed to the other side substrate. SOLUTION: A driver IC8 is adhered and connected to an electrode terminal part of a liquid crystal display panel directly in facedown without through other parts, and a conduction pattern 11 giving an input signal to the driver IC8 of a flexible circuit board 10 commonly used for a connection pattern 13 of a bus line and other circuit boards is stuck to the same electrode terminal part. A bus line part of the flexible circuit board 10 is formed mainly in an L type, plural conduction pattern parts 11 giving an input signal to the driver IC8 are formed at each side of the L type part in the outward direction corresponding to the driver IC8. In the conduction pattern part 11, things corresponding to the driver IC8 are folded back and adhered and connected to the electrode terminal part.
