PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable driving a chip member arranged in an intersecting part of piezoelectric elements so as to draw an almost ideal elliptical or circular locus, by arranging two piezoelectric elements rectangularly to each other and driving the elements by AC signals having phase difference. SOLUTION: In this piezoelectric actuator, an original signal (AC signal sinωt) whose period is 2 π/ω) is generated with an oscillator 50, a delayed signal (AC signal sin(ωt+θ)) having phase lag θ from the original signal is generated with a delay circuit 51, β-times amplified signals (βsinωt and βsin(ωt+θ)) which are obtained by amplifying β times the original signal and the delayed signal, respectively, are generated with amplifiers 52, 53, the four AC signals are selected with a selector 54, an adder subtracter 55 and an amplifier 56, and specified driving signals are generated by addition, subtraction and amplification. |
