<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the failure of reception due to the shortage of a storage capacity by validly utilizing a storing means by deleting any unnecessary electronic mails. SOLUTION: The text of an electronic mail received by a receiving part 3 and the text of an electronic mail prepared by a preparing part 9 are stored in a storing part 7. At the time of receiving the electronic mail, when a storage capacity for the mail size of the received electronic mail is short in the storing part 7, any unnecessary mail text stored in the storing part 7 is deleted by a deleting part 5. Then, the received mail text is temporarily preserved in a preserving part 6, and then surely stored in the storing part 7. Thus, the storing part 7 can be validly utilized, and the failure of reception due to the shortage of the storage capacity can be prevented.</p> |
