PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system which automatically detects various necessary information and automatically notifies it by utilizing a telephone network. SOLUTION: This automatic information notifying system is connected to a public telephone line network, and a person who receives automatic information message offer uses a telephone, performs selection from a list of automatic information messages and performs registration with the automatic information notifying system through an information identifying device 4 (stores in a storage device 5). In this case, the telephone number of an information notification destination is automatically recognized by a caller's number recognizing device 3, by utilizing a telephone number automatic notifying function offered by the public telephone line network. When the automatic information notification system detects the agreement of conditions set by preliminarily set automatic information notifying conditions in such a manner that an information notification agreement detecting device 6 compares it with information from an external information source 7, it calls a telephone number with which the offer of the automatic information message is requested (dial device 8) and notifies the state by voice (voice output device 9).
