PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wound pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which is convenient in carrying and using and is excellent in efficiency in storage and transport by winding a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape around the outer surface of an almost flat-shaped annular body made of a sheet material with a specified thickness in such a manner as to keep the sticky surface of the adhesive tape inside. SOLUTION: In this wound pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 4, a pressure- sensitive adhesive tape 1 is wound around the outer surface of an almost flat- shaped annular body 2 made of a sheet material with a thickness of 10-100μm in such a manner as to keep the sticky surface of the tape 1 inside. Preferably, the sheet material is one prepared from at least one material selected from among paper, plastic films, and metal foils. Preferably, the inner surface of the annular body 2 is printed. Since the adhesive tape 1 is directly wound around the outer surface of the annular body 2 (e.g. printed paper), the wound adhesive tape 4 is low in cost. In unwinding the wound adhesive tape 4, a finger can be inserted into the inside of the annular body 2 by deforming the annular body 2; hence, the wound adhesive tape 4 is easily unwound, exhibiting an excellent usability.
