PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jig which can fill a work to a lap carrier in a short time. SOLUTION: A jig 10 includes a disk form of auxiliary carrier 12. To the auxiliary carrier 12, a hole 16 for rotation and a hole 18 for work are formed corresponding to the hole 3 for rotating a lap carrier 1 and a hole 4 for work. A filling jig 20 includes a rotation part whose lower part is inserted to the holes 16 and 3 for rotation. At the side part of the rotation part, block parts 24a to 24d are formed in a step form. To the blocks 24a to 24d, storage parts 26a to 26d where the work before the grinding is put in, and cutting parts 28a to 28d in order to correct the work made oblique in the storage parts 26a to 26d, are provided. |
