PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a human private parts washing apparatus to be usable by a family consisting of persons who prefer weaker flow rate, such as those suffering from hemorrhoids, and healthy persons without hemorrhoids, who prefer stronger flow rate. SOLUTION: A human private parts washing apparatus comprises a toilet 83, a toilet seat 81 placed on the toilet, a washing means 6 for washing the human private parts, a first flow range wherein flow rate can be varied in at least two steps comprising a first level and a second level, a valve for controlling the flow rate of wash water, and a second flow range wherein the flow rate can be varied in two steps comprising a first level and a second level. The apparatus has a control means C for controlling the apparatus so that when the first level is actuated by means of control parts 21, 29 disposed on a main body or a remote controller, the flow rate at the first level of the second range is such that the wash water is ejected at the flow rate increased from the flow rate at the first level of the first range, while the flow rate at the second level of the second range is such that the wash water is ejected at the flow rate decreased from the flow rate at the second level of the first range.
