PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a color image forming device by which an image high in printing quality can be formed by precisely reading a registration pattern and accurately correcting color slippage even when a noise source exists on an image feeding part and a registration pattern forming method. SOLUTION: This color image forming device is provided with the image conveying part 7 carrying the image on the surface and conveying it, image forming parts Pa-Pd forming the images corresponding to the image information of respective colors on the feeding part 7, a registration pattern forming part 71 forming the registration pattern for every color on the conveying part 7 by the image forming parts at the image of a color slippage detection and a color slippage detection part 13 detecting the color slippage of the images based on the formed registration patterns. Besides, it is provided with a noise detection part 72 detecting the noise source of the conveying part 7. |
