PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rock bolt method wherewith an excellent function can be developed for reinforcement of the ground while the amount of use is decreased for grout and at the same time an effective means for disposal of wastes can be provided. SOLUTION: A sheath member 12 is inserted into a drilled hole 11 formed at the ground 10 at an inclined land and after solid wastes 13 and inner grout materials 14 are thrown in and injected into the sheath member 12, the lower end 16b of a rock bolt anchoring member 16 inserted through an opening of the drilled hole 11 is united with the sheath member 12 with a rock bolt fixing member 21 with outer grout materials 15 injected into a space between the sheath member 12 and the drilled hole 11. Furthermore, a bearing plate 27 equipped with a slide sheath is mounted on the head 16a of the rock bolt anchoring member 16 exposed beyond a through hole 18 of a concrete structural body 17 formed on the surface of the ground 10, and tightened with a nut 20.
