PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize ring density and distribution from the coil base to the top by providing a center core at a spacing to the cylindrical side wall of a moving type container to form a circular chamber, providing a supporting member to support rings, and moving up/down the supporting member with an elevator platform provided at a coil station. SOLUTION: An elevator platform 50, namely, a supporting member, is protruded into a pot 24. Spiral rings 16, namely products, are received from the upper openings of the pot 24 (moving type container) and accumulated as coil on the elevator platform 50 positioned at circular chamber 42 around center core 38. The elevator platform 50 gradually descends and maintains the top of the spiral rings 16 at an optimum level L. After coil forming operation is completed, the elevator platform 50 descends under the roller table and the coil is moved to a rack plate portion 34 of the pot 24.
