PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lamination type heat exchanger to which high temperature and high pressure are applied, having high heat conductivity, large mechanical strength, excellent heat resistance and excellent corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: Plate tubes 11 and corrugate fins 12 composed of a heat resistant copper alloy which is precipitation hardened by one or plural kinds of Fe2P, Co2P, Mg3P2, Cu3Zr, Cr, Co, Fe, NiB, Ni2Si, and TiFe2, are laminated and jointed by brazing with a low temperature phosphate-containing brazing material, whose melting point is 450 deg.C-650 deg.C.
