PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated foam sheet excellent in recycling properties and made excellent in dynamic physical properties by providing a special foam structure for a thermoplastic resin foam sheet to be laminated. SOLUTION: In a laminated foam sheet 1 equipped with a thermoplastic resin foam sheet A2 having a large number of foams and the reinforcing sheets B3 laminated to at least one surface of the thermoplastic resin foam sheet 2, the foaming magnification of the thermoplastic resin foam sheet A2 is 5 cc/g or more and the compression strength thereof is 1.0 kgf/cm2 or more and, pref., an aspect ratio Dz/Dxy of a foam is 1.2-2.2 and three layers are directly thermally fused in the order of B3-A2-B3 and the coefficient of linear expansion of the obtained laminate is 9×10-5/ deg.C or less.
