摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the delay time of a delay line, in response to a drive frequency with respect to a plurality of charge-coupled device(CCD) drive frequencies by providing number of delay circuits which correspond to kinds of number of the drive frequencies of a charge-coupled device(CCD). SOLUTION: This processing unit is configured to cope with drive frequencies of a desired number being three kinds or over through the provision of delay circuits whose number corresponds to the kinds of the drive frequencies of a CCD. A switch circuit 8 of this processing unit selects a of delay lines 4-6 having a plurality of different delay times, so that a valid signal period of an output signal of the CCD via a 1st buffer circuit 2 and a feed-through period of a delay signal that is given to the delay lines 4-6, is reflected in an output terminal and returns to an input terminal, with respect to a plurality of drive frequencies of the CCD. Then a sampling means 14 extracts a valid signal voltage of the CCD.
