PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use garbage disposer excellent in drying efficiency by preventing the tangling of a stirring blade 4 with fibrous garbage. SOLUTION: This disposer is provided with a garbage housing vessel 12 housing garbage, a heating means 21 for heating the garbage, a stirring blade 15 freely rotatably attached to the bottom of the vessel 12 and a driving means for driving to rotate the stirring blade 15. In such a case, the disposer is constituted so that a step part 14 is provided at the middle of one side of the stirring blade 15, a fixed blade 17 is provided at the bottom of the garbage housing vessel 12 to be positioned in the vicinity of the step part 14 of the stirring blade 15 at the time of rotating, and the ring like garbage caught by the fixed blade 17 is torn off at the step part 14. |
