PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a phosphor pattern by effectively removing phosphor slurry on the inside surface of a panel. SOLUTION: A washing device 21 is provided with a rod-like nozzle 22 to wash an effective surface 15, and a side-wall washing nozzle 23 to wash a frame part 14. After individually-colored phosphor slurry solutions are applied to the inside surface of a panel 11 and dried, exposure is performed and phosphor picture elements are printed at predetermined positions. After a developing solution is sprayed on the inside surface of the panel 11, a washing process to remove excessive phosphor slurry is carried out. In the washing process, the washing solution spouting period of the side-wall washing nozzle 23 is set within the washing solution spouting period of the rod-like nozzle 22. Washed waste peeled off from the frame part 14 is thereby made to hardly adhere to the effective surface 15. |
