PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability at manufacturing and make the thickness of the device thin in a receiving device having an attracting means by magnetism by providing an opening part in the receiving means of a receiving antenna, and fitting the attracting means in the opening part. SOLUTION: This GPS receiving device is provided with a containing means 20 containing an antenna 30 therein and fitted and fixed with a magnetic attracting means 10 such as a magnet. An opening part 22 penetrating the bottom face is provided on the bottom part 20a of the containing means, on the opening part 22 projections 24 projecting in the radial direction are formed on the outer face side of the containing means 20, and the magnetic attracting means is formed into construction in which parts corresponding to the projections 24 are recessed, so that it is fitted in the opening part 22 and not slipped off. By providing a pliable sheet 35 having waterproofing between the magnetic attracting means 10 and the antenna 30, rain water or the like can be prevented from invading in the containing means 20. It can be constituted so that a shield case made of iron is provided instead of the pliable sheet 35.
