PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight, safe fastener for stringing a cable when other cords including a grounding conductor is mounted onto cords such as a messenger wire stretched high. SOLUTION: This fastener is made up of a pair of clamping members 1a, 1b that clamp cords including a messenger wire for stringing a cable arranged to face each other, a bolt hole 2 provided in such a way as to pass through both clamping members 1a, 1b, and a bolt 3 inserted in the bolt hole 2 and a nut 4 that tightens both clamping members 1a, 1b in the opposing direction. Also, at least a pair of the clamping members 1a, 1b is molded with a synthetic resin.
