PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely connect an earth by simplified structure and eliminate the need for maintenance. SOLUTION: This structure comprises a printed board 11 provided with a fitting hole 11a in the center of an earth connecting part, and an outer case 12 which is screwed in the fitting hole 11a of the printed board 11 and of which the surface is brought into contact with the earth connection part so as to permit earth connection. In this case, the printed board 11 is provided with a plurality of lands 11b which is arranged at the fitting hole 11a as a center on the circular arc of specified radius with an appropriate interval and to which a solder 13 is applied. When the outer case 12 is screwed onto the printed board 11, the peripheral parts in contact with every lands of the outer case 12 are deformed elastically and are brought into contact with the top of applied solder of every land.
