PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image forming device that can easily and precisely judge an error between the image forming positions of respective colors with a constitution of a small number of simple resist patterns. SOLUTION: A resist pattern data producing means 320 is formed of a pattern group data producing part 330 for judging a rough error and a pattern group data producing part 340 for judging a fine error. When the error is judged, the rough value of the error is judged by confirming a pattern group for judging the rough error first. Next, the small error is judged by confirming a pattern group for judging the fine error. Thus, since the errors of a large and a small different units can be surely recognized by confirming two pattern groups, the error can be quickly and precisely judged. |
