PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide an environmental change or biological change as a factor of rejection and to notify a user of the biological change if decided. SOLUTION: A history data base 6 stores a history of difference of degrees between an individual image and a dictionary 4, i.e., the result of collation between an individual to be identified and the dictionary 4. A biological change detection part 7 calculates the correlation between the history of degrees of difference and the base 6 based on the history of degrees of difference and decides a change of the biological feature of the individual if the said correlation is confirmed. The part 7 also calculates an approximate straight line of time series of the history of degrees of difference and decides a date as the notification timing for the second registration of the dictionary 4 when the degree of difference exceeds the prescribed value on the approximate straight line. |
