PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the upper part of a bulletin board as a desk which can be used simultaneously for display of a drawing and conference at a construction site, etc., by dividing the bulletin board into two parts and connecting them by hinges, etc., so that the bulletin board is folded halfway. SOLUTION: In contrast to a conventional bulletin board which is used only for display of written characters with a water paint pen, etc., documents, etc., this split-leg self-standing bulletin board is able to have its upper part as a desk by dividing the bulletin board into two and connecting them by hinges, etc., so that the board can be folded halfway. Further, the angle of the desk top can be fixed in three stages, so optimum adjustment can be made according to use conditions. When this bulletin board is used at a construction site, etc., a drawing, etc., may be spread over it to have a conference in the field and necessary information can be always displayed to workers.
