PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the ease of handling of a form and also form an indented pattern free from irregularity by laminating a pattern mold for imparting the indented pattern to a product by transfer on a form body made of steel and mounting the pattern mold by magnetic force in place. SOLUTION: When the form for structuring a foundation for a building is used, an indented pattern which forms, for example, a grained pattern on the surface of the foundation by transfer, is formed on the mutually opposite inner surfaces of a pair or pattern molds 1, 1 made of a plastic. Plural pieces of a magnet fragment 2 are applied intermittently on the back face of the pattern mold 1 and the pattern mold 1 is mounted on steel form bodies 3, 3 by magnetic force with the help of the magnet fragment 2. The steel form bodies 3, 3 are placed on the base part 4 of the foundation formed previously out of concrete and are connected to each other by a connector and then are supported. The concrete is cast into a gap between the pattern molds 1, 1 in such a state that the pattern molds 1, 1 are mounted on the inner surfaces of the form bodies 3, 3 by the magnetic force. After the casting, the concrete is vibrated to eliminate voids. After curing the concrete, the form bodies 3, 3 and the pattern molds 1, 1 are released to obtain the foundation.
