PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support-fix any device without damaging appearance and to easily move an installing place by preventing the deformation of a sucker so as to surely suck-fix the device. SOLUTION: A suck-supporting part 1A which pushes out air at a sucking surface at the time of sucking of the sucker 1 and supports a load mounted to the upper surface of the sucker 1 is projectingly provided in the center of a sucking surface. An adhering surface 1B is provided on the upper surface of the sucker 1 to adhere the sucker 1 to an equipment with this surface 1B. A freely bendable fixture formed of a plastic metallic material is connected to the sucker 1 and this fixture is engaged with the lower end part of the device. The fixture is formed of a connecting part 2B to be connected to the surrounding of the side surface of the sucker 1 and a freely bendable press- contacting and engaging part 2A extended in the state of a tongue from this part 2B.
