ANTIBIOTICS SEPARATED FROM ZANTHOXYLUM PIPERITUM AND SEPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Antibiotics separated from the Zanthoxylum piperitum, which shows an excellent antibacterial activity to the food poisoning bacteria, and a separation method thereof are provided. CONSTITUTION: The antibiotics is prepared by: (i) drying the rind, seeds, leaves, barks, thexylem and roots of the Zanthoxylum piperitum in the shade; (ii) cutting the materials of step(i) finely; (iii) extracting extraction from the materials of step(ii) to hexane, chloroform, ethylacetate, methanol, and water; and (iv) condensing the extraction of step (iii).
