PURPOSE: An insertion easy to use according to light weight, easy to be prepared in various kinds, having sufficient strength needed for supporting a ceiling hanger bolt and having high reliability is provided. CONSTITUTION: An insert is composed of a cylindrical body(1) for inserting a ceiling hanger bolt(B), a female screw piece(3) received in the body and a supporting tub(2) supported to a deck plate. The body has a head(5) combined to concrete installed on the deck plate on the upper part of a cylinder(4), a hole to insert the ceiling hanger bolt and receives the female screw piece in its inner part. The female screw piece formed in a cylinder having large diameter than the inner diameter of the cylinder is received in the body and has a female screw in its inside and an extended part(7) on the upper end. The supporting tub is formed of soft polyethylene easy to be deformed elastically in a cylinder and installed on the bottom of the body. On the upper end of the supporting tub, many slits are formed in vertical and supports the insertion to the deck plate by forming an upper supporting piece(15) and a lower supporting piece(13).
